Breathing is a harmless gesture and automatic (fortunately!). And yet, when we regulate our breathing, which brings peace and balance!
Here's an exercise I'm trying to achieve as soon as a difficulty, a maddening situation, a disappointment ... arise, or when I just want to feel good, m'équilibrer ... ie every morning sunrise:
- breathe in slowly through your nose, imagining that the inspired air is beneficial and into our lungs. Blocking a little breath and imagine that the air diffuses slowly in our bodies, including spreading its benefits.
- Exhale vigorously through the mouth, imagining that it expels the bad in us toxins, doubts, fears ...
Just try this simple exercise, and I hope it will do you much good only to me ...!
And in the morning it gives a different color to your day. I think that this state of inner peace should be inherent in everything we do
